Working in close partnership with MCA sales leadership, the Director leads the development of differentiated transformation solutions and is accountable for helping convert strategic opportunities into long-term client relationships.
This role requires a highly experienced consulting professional with a strong track record of originating and managing multi-million-dollar consulting engagements, shaping enterprise transformation programs, and leading high-value pursuits within a professional services environment.
Beyond individual pursuits, the Director helps advance MCA’s CE practice by contributing to market strategy, thought leadership, and the continued evolution of the firm’s CE transformation capabilities.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise CE transformation opportunities.
  • Conduct executive discovery sessions and strategic workshops to uncover business priorities and transformation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to define pursuit strategy, competitive positioning, and win themes.

CE Solution Strategy & Architecture

  • Architect enterprise customer engagement solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable transformation strategies spanning people, process, data, and technology.
  • Develop solution approaches that combine business transformation, platform implementation, and data-driven insights.
  • Define high-level solution architectures, implementation strategies, and delivery models for complex enterprise engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and delivery leaders to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.

Proposal Strategy, Content Development & Executive Presentations

  • Lead the development of high-quality proposals, executive presentations, and pursuit materials for strategic opportunities.
  • Own the solution narrative and storyline for complex pursuits, ensuring proposals clearly articulate the client’s transformation vision and MCA’s differentiated value.
  • Develop compelling executive-level presentations, proposals, and supporting materials that communicate business outcomes, transformation strategy, and solution architecture.
  • Partner with Sales, Practice leaders, and delivery teams to synthesize technical, functional, and commercial inputs into cohesive proposal content.
  • Lead preparation for client presentations, executive briefings, and competitive proposal defenses.
  • Lead preparation of enterprise software demonstrations, developing demonstration strategies and scenario-based narratives aligned to prospect business challenges, requirements and discovery insights.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to create reusable demonstration scenarios, demo scripts and preparation assets that support pursuit storytelling across the CE practice.
  • Establish repeatable approaches and best practices for proposal storytelling and pursuit content development across the CE practice.

Executive Client Engagement

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology leaders throughout the pursuit process.
  • Present transformation strategies and solution architectures to executive audiences including CIO, CDO, CRO, and other C-suite leaders.
  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders that position MCA as a long-term transformation partner.
  • Facilitate executive visioning sessions and transformation workshops with prospective clients.

Practice Leadership & Market Development

  • Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of MCA’s CE practice.
  • Contribute to thought leadership around AI-enabled customer engagement, modern CRM platforms, and customer-centric operating models.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
