JOB DESCRIPTION:

As President of the Collision segment, you will lead a dynamic, expanding business in a highly differentiated market with significant growth opportunity in the recession resilient automotive aftermarket. You will oversee all aspects of the business accross multiple brands including operations, marketing, strategy, growth and leadership development. With an opportunity to expand the businesses footprint, as well as expand both B2C and B2B customer sets, the role has significant upward potential.

Reporting to the Driven Brands Chief Operating Officer, this position offers upward mobility within Driven Brands, a platform of iconic brands. 

How you will Own It: 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies in unit count and topline
  • Franchisee Success: Our brands win when our franchisees win
  • Operational Leadership: Directly lead a cross-functional team of 40+ employees, overseeing operations, marketing, franchise services and training
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction scores as a market leader in customer delight across North America.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Must have an ability to succeed in a matrix organization
  • P&L Management: Oversee financial performance and margin growth
  • Talent Development: Build a high performing team
  • Market Adaptability: Lead the company in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities in the industry, ensuring innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll Bring: 

  • Track Record of success: Proven success in an executive or senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented business
  • Franchising experience: Time spent leading a franchise business or key market and building a strong franchise system, with a core focus of franchisee success
  • Collision Industry: Knowledge of and experience leading a large collision organization
  • Insurance Partnership: Experience partnering with national and local insurance providers and understanding of the insurance landscape
  • P&L Management Experience delivering results
  • People Development: A strong track record of growing and mentoring talent
  • Collaborative Leadership: A leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Data Driven: Ability to leverage data in decision-making
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A visionary with the ability to drive innovation, manage growth, and implement strategic change

Position Location:

Compensation Range:

$196,500.00 - $350,900.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
