Ferguson is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill an immediate need for a Pricing Coordinator focused on Master List Prices and Vendor Quotes (CORE).

Location: This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of list pricing data from a variety of sources.
  • Prepare list pricing reports, project materials, and presentations to support pricing decisions.
  • Stay informed on pricing analysis methods, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Gather, validate and execute list prices for Ferguson’s strategic and non-strategic vendors.
  • Communicate closely with vendors to implement list price updates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Partner with analysts to maintain and improve master list price processes.
  • Maintain a repository of vendor information and list price documentation.
  • Enter, manage, and update Vendor Quotes through CORE claim-back contracts received from branch locations.
  • Maintain open communication with departments across operations and sales.
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience applying basic pricing principles in a distribution industry preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to developing solutions.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
