We're looking for a Pricing Strategy Analyst to join Procore's Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you'll be the data and analytics engine behind our pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy, turning transaction, sales, and product data into the commercial signals that inform our decisions. You'll also lead smaller pricing initiatives across the full Procore portfolio, including our emerging AI offerings. The primary goal of this role is to make sure Procore's pricing decisions are grounded in clear, accurate, and well-sourced data.

As a Pricing Strategy Analyst, you'll partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to analyze how our pricing and packaging perform in the market and to build the visibility needed to improve them. Use your structured problem-solving, data analysis, and executive communication skills to shape how Procore captures value from what we build and buy. If you want hands-on work to drive top line growth and connect everyone in construction, apply today and join our team!

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Pricing & Monetization Strategy and can be based remotely in the US. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Lead pricing and packaging initiatives from hypothesis through recommendation, in partnership with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing
  • Build and stress-test the business case behind pricing decisions, including segment-level performance, cannibalization-adjusted ARR impact, and migration and monetization sizing.
  • Analyze transaction, bookings, discounting, and product data to identify the commercial signals that explain how our pricing and packaging perform, and diagnose the root cause when they underperform, whether it is package design, sales execution, or market fit.
  • Design and run market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research, including win/loss and price elasticity analysis, to pressure-test pricing hypotheses before they reach leadership.
  • Build and maintain pricing and packaging reporting and dashboards that give Product, Sales, and Finance visibility into performance, working with data teams to keep metrics and data sources accurate and consistent.
  • Translate analysis into a small number of clear, claim-driven recommendations, present them to executive leaders, and defend them under challenge.
  • Partner with Pricing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Marketing to make sure approved decisions are operationalized and communicated to the field.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, strategy, business or data analytics, financial planning and analysis, or consulting with 2+ years inside a pricing or monetization practice at a top-tier strategy firm
  • Track record of framing ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks and presenting recommendations to cross-functional and senior audiences.
  • Experience leading projects or workstreams from analysis through recommendation, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience building revenue impact and unit economics models. Hands-on experience querying and analyzing large datasets (e.g., SQL), building reports in a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative inputs, such as call transcripts and field feedback, into clear themes that support pricing recommendations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with experience partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, net revenue retention, win rate, discount rate) is a plus
  • Curiosity, high agency, and an owner’s mindset with a strong bias for action.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
