The Role:
Entegris is seeking a Principle OEM Account Manager / Program Leader to own end‑to‑end execution and relationship management one of Entegris’ most strategic global OEM customers.
This role goes beyond traditional sales. It is best suited for a technically and commercially experienced leader who operates as an Account General Manager—balancing commercial objectives, operational execution, supply assurance, executive engagement, and identification of new growth opportunities. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of accountability for Entegris performance, credibility, and outcomes.

This role will be based remotely in the United States, with a slight preference toward the West Coast region.
What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end account execution across product platforms and global teams, including pricing, orders, and delivery commitments
Develop and execute an account growth plan, identifying whitespace opportunities across Entegris’ portfolio (cross-sell/upsell) and converting them into qualified pursuits
Translate demand signals (MRP, long-term forecasts, ramp requests) and customer priorities into clear internal plans, investment asks, and opportunity strategies
Serve as the single point of accountability for customer-facing commitments, performance, outcomes, and value expansion
Lead complex topics across supply, quality, and commercial areas—establishing cadence, ownership, and clear internal/external communication
Anticipate constraints and opportunities, align plans early, and drive sustainable improvements through business unit leadership to strengthen long-term performance
Own commercial frameworks (pricing execution, rebates, inventory management constructs) and build business cases/proposals that support profitable growth
Partner with Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Contracts to ensure disciplined commercial alignment and negotiation support for expansions and new pursuits
Lead cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, and Finance to deliver customer outcomes and growth initiatives
Represent Entegris in senior-level engagements with clear, data-driven narratives that align execution, value, and growth
Travel up to 25% of the time
What We Seek:
8+ years of experience supporting Tier‑1 semiconductor OEMs
Demonstrated ownership of complex OEM accounts with global operations
Understanding of OEM buying models and POR‑driven decision processes
Track record of leading cross‑functional teams through influence, and building/commercializing new opportunities within strategic accounts
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience operating as an Account GM, Program Leader, or senior OEM account manager
Background in semiconductor capital equipment, critical subsystems, or contamination‑sensitive technologies
Prior exposure to Asia‑based manufacturing / operations
Experience managing long‑cycle commercial agreements (rebates, supply assurances, consignment attachments)
Demonstrated consultative selling and pipeline development within complex technical environments

- Compensation: $140,000-$180,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
