Brillio is looking for a Principal Architect for our top Accounts to spearhead the evolution of our digital experiences. In this pivotal role, you will be a Salesforce eco-system subject matter expert, new business pursuits, asset development, complex solutioning, shaping up the sales & delivery and will provide thought leadership. You should have extensive implementation experience in public sector, Federal/State Government, or Department of Defense, needs to handhold the client and be a SME in this area. You will collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional global teams and be a bridge between sales, delivery and our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and able to craft extraordinary digital experiences while also being customer facing and adding substantial business value.
 
Practitioner should engage with clients, participate in alliance and community forums, and shape solutioning for Salesforce led engagements, while also being partially billable on key strategic engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Salesforce eco-system growth strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Extensive implementation experience in public sector, Federal/State Government, or Department of Defense, needs to handhold the client and be a SME in this area.
  • Identify new market Salesforce opportunities and lead market research efforts to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for the assigned Account.
  • Collaborate with verticals and cross practices to ensure alignment and execution of Salesforce eco-system growth initiatives.
  • Develop client relation and be a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and oversee strategies to acquire new customers, grow existing account and retain existing ones.
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Work closely with engineering and practice teams to create and launch new capabilities or services that meet market demands and drive growth.
  • Explore and execute plans for entering new geographical markets or industry segments. Build partnerships and alliances that support market entry and expansion efforts.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand presence and reputation in the market and oversee marketing and communication strategies to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, and client partners, to communicate growth plans and results.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical oversight for Salesforce eco-system solutions such as architect and design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, ensure the technical integrity and quality of the Salesforce implementation, conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, guide team to resolve technical issues and challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce team.
  • Oversee the design and architecture of large-scale, complex systems, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
  • Ensure that engineering practices adhere to the highest standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the organization and the industry.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and other public forums, sharing insights and contributing to the broader technical community.
  • Own couple of large multi cloud (end-end from presales to delivery led growth)
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and discussions around pricing, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer facing, pre-sales / solution architect, revenue generating role
  • 3+ years of delivery leadership experience, 2+ year of experience building and managing relationships with key partners and alliances like Salesforce.
  • Salesforce architect and business analyst certifications preferred – one of the following: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant, AI Data Cloud Consultant
  • Should have worked on at-least 1 industry cloud solution (Communication Cloud)
  • Should be open for coordinating with offshore delivery teams during India friendly hours.
