We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (18000+ experts across 37 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We are looking for great new colleagues. That is where you come in!

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a true hunter: a senior SAP sales professional with a strong US network, deep roots in the SAP ecosystem and a track record of opening doors and closing complex S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation deals.

This is a new-business role focused on large enterprise and mid-market companies, with particular emphasis on manufacturing. You will bring your own contacts, build your own brand within SAP, and turn relationships into signed programs.

Key Responsibilities

New Logo Acquisition

  • Win new clients for Nagarro's SAP services across large enterprise and mid-market accounts in the US
  • Build, qualify and execute a high-quality pipeline, with a focus on:
    • Manufacturing (priority)
    • Other industries where SAP Cloud ERP / SAP Cloud ERP Private drive transformation
  • Originate opportunities through your personal network, outbound outreach and the SAP ecosystem
  • Work closely with our SDRs, BDM / RFP bid manager and lead-generation partners to convert leads into qualified opportunities

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle as the single owner from first contact to signature:
    • Qualification and deal shaping
    • Account and pursuit strategy
    • Scoping and solution positioning
    • Proposal development and commercial / pricing models
    • Negotiation and closing

SAP Co-Sell & Ecosystem

  • Drive a balanced mix of SAP co-sell and self-sourced business
  • Build and leverage your personal brand within the SAP field organization (RISE, account executives, partner managers)
  • Engage with strategic partner on joint pursuits

Value-Based Selling

  • Position SAP Cloud ERP and SAP Cloud ERP Private as business transformations, not IT projects
  • Articulate ROI, TCO, transformation roadmaps and cloud operating-model benefits
  • Advise clients on migration strategies (greenfield, brownfield and selective data transition) and the path from ECC to Cloud ERP

Revenue & Forecasting

  • Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious new-business targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and deal governance

Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • Proven track record selling SAP services & solutions in the US market
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of the SAP product portfolio and cloud offerings
  • Experience selling into both large enterprise and mid-market organizations
  • An existing network of US executives (CIO, CFO, COO, business leaders) and SAP ecosystem contacts you can bring with you

Sales Profile

  • True hunter mentality: proactive, resilient and persistent
  • Autonomous and self-driven; thrives with ownership and minimal oversight
  • Commercially sharp, confident negotiator who gets deals done in real-world conditions

Communication & Soft Skills

  • Fluent, highly conversational English with outstanding communication skills
  • Executive presence and strong storytelling; comfortable at C-level
  • Collaborative partner to Solution Architects, presales and delivery teams

Additional Information

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus a commission plan: your earnings grow with the business you bring in
  • Nagarro's strong, established relationship and brand within SAP, so you start with credibility in the ecosystem
  • Dedicated go-to-market support: a BDM / RFP bid manager, SDRs and external lead-generation agencies working your pipeline alongside you
  • Solution Architects and global delivery teams who help you shape, scope and win deals
  • An entrepreneurial, low-bureaucracy culture where you can write your own success story

Hiring Process

  • Three interview rounds
  • A case study / presentation after the first interview, where you show how you would approach a real SAP opportunity

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
