- Simplify complex concepts in blockchain, payments, and financial infrastructure into accessible, engaging narratives.
- Own key brand visuals and ensure consistency across digital, social, video, experiential, and print touchpoints
- Partner cross-functionally with Copy, Brand, Product Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to deliver aligned creative solutions
- Provide art direction and creative guidance to internal teammates and external agency partners
- Ensure all creative work is on-brand, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives
- Contribute to the evolution of Circle's visual identity system as the brand grows
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in creative roles such as Senior Art Director, Associate Creative Director, or Principal Creative
- Strong conceptual development and visual storytelling experience across global brands
- Proven ability to simplify complex subject matter into compelling and accessible creative
- Expertise in brand systems, visual identity, and multi-channel execution
- Experience collaborating with senior cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to market
- Ability to independently lead large, complex creative initiatives from strategy through delivery

- Experience with blockchain or digital asset products
- Combination of agency and in-house experience
