We are powered by proprietary AI, purpose-built technology, a world-class clinician network, and a care model that rivals the best of in-person treatment. When combined with precision psychiatry and leading-edge therapeutic techniques, we’re able to improve outcomes for those with mild-to-severe clinical depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Our innovative approach has earned recognition from leading publications such as Healthline, Fortune, and Forbes, naming us 'Most Comprehensive,' and 'Best Online Therapy for Anxiety and Depression.'

We take an action-oriented, purposeful approach with everything we do and seek out team members who value collaboration and thoughtful prioritization. As a result, our organization is looking for the brightest and most innovative talent in the industry. We can promise you that, as a member of the Brightside team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate alongside smart and driven people while growing your professional skills.

Brightside is looking for a versatile Principal Data Analyst to take on the principal role in its Analytics Department focused on growth analytics. This is a high impact role that will influence many aspects of the patient experience at Brightside and set the bar for analyst peers and data practitioners. This role will report to the Senior Director of Analytics and will primarily work with the central Growth product team.

This role will provide measurement, analysis and decision support related to the pre-activation member journey and the growth funnel that drives it. This includes data subject matter ranging from marketing channel performance and campaign effectiveness to acquisition funnel conversion, onboarding engagement and activation rates. It also requires the ability to layer in cross-domain knowledge to best understand the prospective member population. This includes marketing channel origination and spend efficiency, demographics, insurance payer eligibility, referral and partnership sources, and the behavioral signals measured from first touch through to activation. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in growth marketing analytics, data modeling for data warehouse and analytics use cases, and report-building in Tableau. Above all, they will excel at turning data into insight, and insight into a compelling story that drives business decisions.

Best fit candidates for Brightside thrive on self-starter autonomy and will seek to wield both their creativity and best practice experience to tackle new and important problems in a fast-paced, high stakes environment. Ultimately, the role will join a growing Data team that seeks to empower the broader organization with data.

Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
