The Principal Product Manager, Operations Suite defines the portfolio commercialization for DeepHealth’s Operations Suite portfolio—including RIS, Patient Engagement, and Referral Management while leading the AI portfolio and productization of AI-driven workflow, automation, and analytics capabilities across the platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This leadership role will focus on establishing DeepHealth as the category leader in enterprise imaging operations in its targets markets and driving business growth by:

• Defining and executing the Operations Suite portfolio strategy, including RIS, Patient Engagement, Referral Management, and associated workflow, automation, analytics, and AI solutions—guiding roadmap priorities, platform architecture, platform modernization alignment, and market positioning

• Driving commercialization and market adoption, including pricing and packaging strategy, go-to-market alignment, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth for the Operations Suite portfolio

• Owning the Operations Suite AI portfolio, including the development of AI-native applications and AI capabilities embedded within RIS workflows and driving the productization of intelligent automation, operational intelligence, and agentic workflows across the platform and integration with the AI Studio ecosystem

• Supporting long-term portfolio expansion and innovation, including cross-enterprise platform integration, collaboration with RadNet to validate and scale solutions, and evaluation of strategic partnerships, and portfolio investments

Primary Responsibilities:

Portfolio Strategy & Business Innovation

• Define and lead the multi-year portfolio strategy for the Radiology Information System (RIS) and DeepHealth Operations Suite™, expanding the addressable market and supporting strategic growth across enterprise imaging operations

• Ensure portfolio strategy, platform modernization, and AI productization efforts are coordinated across RIS, applications, and automation layers

• Ensure portfolio strategy and roadmap priorities align with DeepHealth’s broader platform modernization and AI strategy

• Engage with strategic customers and industry stakeholders to validate product direction, identify emerging needs, and guide portfolio priorities

• Drive business innovation through modular platform capabilities, scalable delivery models, and expansion into new markets and operational use cases

• Collaborate with product, development, and implementation teams to deliver high-impact, enterprise-ready solutions aligned with customer workflows and operational outcomes

AI Portfolio & Productization

• Define and lead the Operations Suite AI portfolio strategy, including both AI-native applications and AI-enabled capabilities embedded within RIS workflows and Operations Suite products

• Drive the development and productization of AI applications that automate imaging operations workflows, improve operational intelligence, and enable agentic automation across the platform

• Champion the integration of AI capabilities directly into the RIS and Operations Suite, ensuring intelligent automation, predictive insights, and AI-assisted workflows are embedded within core operational processes

• Lead the development of the AI platform and ecosystem strategy, enabling scalable AI services, third-party AI integrations, and an extensible architecture that supports innovation across the imaging operations platform

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, including predictive operational intelligence, workflow automation, and intelligent scheduling that improve imaging center performance and staff productivity

• Partner with AI engineering, data science, and platform teams to operationalize AI models and services within RIS workflows and Operations Suite applications

Commercial Enablement & Market Leadership

• Lead commercialization planning for new products, capabilities, and AI solutions, ensuring cross-functional readiness across sales, marketing, support, and implementation teams

• Serve as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership on portfolio value drivers, customer use cases, pricing models, and adoption strategies

• Partner with marketing to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials aligned with portfolio strategy and category leadership in enterprise imaging operations

RadNet Enterprise Operations & Strategic Partnership

• Partner closely with RadNet teams to validate solutions, refine product direction, and scale enterprise imaging operations capabilities across the portfolio

• Coordinate roadmap priorities based on operational insights, site-level feedback, and measurable performance outcomes

• Ensure platform evolution supports enterprise scalability, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic operational goals

Travel

This position requires domestic / international travel up to 10%.

Working Environment

Hybrid - Must be able to work Hybrid out of our Boston, Mass location or Seattle / Bothell, WA office.

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

·       Master’s Degree Required

·       Experience

o   Overall years of experience: 10+ years

o   Specific years of experience: 7+ years

  • 7 + years Product Leadership in Healthcare SaaS or Enterprise Platforms

  • 5+ years of experience in EHR/EMR/RIS

  • 3+ years AI / Automation

·       Skills, Knowledge, Abilities (required/preferred)

o   Enterprise imaging operations domain expertise (RIS, engagement, workflows)

o   Platform product strategy and portfolio leadership

o   AI-enabled product development and agentic workflow design

o   Commercial strategy (pricing, packaging, monetization models)

o   Go-to-market alignment and revenue growth execution

o   Workflow orchestration and automation at scale

o   Cross-functional leadership (product, engineering, sales, operations)
