Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.
Our services span collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.
Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.
As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.
We understand there may be occasional circumstances requiring accommodation and are happy to discuss them as needed. Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.
We’re transforming the collecting experience with technology that brings authentication, grading, and trading into the modern era. Our products are equalizing the playing field by providing tools that make complex research analytics — including pricing, scarcity reports, and historic sales data — accessible to every collector, old or new. Our product & engineering mission is to democratize technology while promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
Team Overview
Our Product and Design teams are helping to create a seamless user experience across various platforms to provide the most trusted services and delightful experiences for grading, protecting, managing, buying, selling, and sharing collectibles. Our grading operation processes millions of collectibles a year and serves as a research hub for collectors across collectible categories. By leading the standards in the collectibles industry, we have earned customer trust that we can leverage across our expanding Marketplace product offerings.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the PSA Liquidity product suite, including PSA Partner Offers and our eBay Consignment platform. PSA Partner Offers is a first-party marketplace that sources offers from our network of buyers and surfaces them as instant, targeted offers to grading and vault customers. Our eBay consignment business allows customers to seamlessly sell on the world's largest marketplace while we handle every step of fulfillment as eBay's official vault partner.
You'll own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the end-to-end buyer and seller experiences, partnering with a dedicated cross-functional team (business, engineering, design, data) to seamlessly connect supply and demand. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting to the VP of Product for Marketplace.
Role Location
In office, remote, or hybrid candidates will be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.
What You’ll Do
Own the product vision and strategy end-to-end. Define a bold, unified vision for the liquidity platform, one that serves both buyers running sophisticated acquisition campaigns and individual sellers looking for the fastest path to the best price.
Build powerful buyer tooling. Lead development of our next-generation buyer platform: targeting, campaign management, budget controls, and analytics that let every type of buyer from individual collectors to large-scale dealers discover and acquire the right cards at scale.
Optimize the matching engine. Partner with Engineering and AI/ML to build a sophisticated targeting and ranking engine that maximizes GMV, conversion, and offer-to-sale velocity across channels.
Elevate the seller experience. Make it effortless for sellers to understand their options, price their items accurately, and complete a sale with minimal friction.
Drive cross-functional execution. Translate strategy into clear priorities, specs, and user stories. Coordinate delivery across dedicated and partner engineering teams; keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving.
Instrument and iterate. Define success metrics, implement tracking and feature flags, and run A/B tests. Make high-conviction, data-informed decisions with both speed and rigor.
Connect the ecosystem. Ensure seamless liquidity handoffs across the broader PSA enterprise, from Grading to Collection Management to Vaulting, reducing friction and resolving cross-system dependencies.
Communicate with clarity at every level. From executive strategy reviews to engineering standups, you'll synthesize complexity, articulate tradeoffs, and drive alignment across business, engineering, design, data, and external partners.
Who You Are
10+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping and scaling 0→1 products that have measurable business impact. Senior IC experience at a high-growth company or a scaled consumer platform.
Ad tech fluency meets marketplace instincts. You understand systems involving targeting, ranking, pricing, and supply/demand matching, and you've worked on two-sided platforms where you know the levers that move liquidity, conversion, and GMV.
Data-driven experimenter. Expert in instrumentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and lifecycle optimization. You pair product intuition with quantitative rigor.
Systems thinker. Comfortable untangling multi-system flows, including payments, logistics, and risk, and turning them into clean, intuitive customer experiences.
Influential communicator. You align executives, engineering leads, and external partners without direct authority. You make crisp, high-conviction calls and bring people with you.
Bias for ownership. You thrive in a fast-moving, self-directed environment. You set the bar, hold it, and take full accountability for outcomes.
Passion for collecting is a plus.
