POSITION OVERVIEW

The Office of the CRO moves fast, operates across ambiguity, and touches the most consequential priorities in our sales organization. To scale that work, we're hiring a Senior Program Manager who will function as a true extension of the Chief of Staff to the CRO — someone who can pick up a half-formed idea and turn it into a crisp framework, a sharp deck, and a stakeholder plan.

This is not a role for someone who needs a defined playbook. It's a role for a seasoned operator who brings their own structure to undefined problems, earns trust without relying on formal authority, and takes genuine pride in making others look brilliant. You'll be embedded in the highest-priority work of the sales org — from culture and peak performance initiatives to CRO leadership sessions to strategic coordination — and you'll be the engine that keeps it all moving.

We are open to candidates based in the United States and Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end design, rollout, and adoption of core sales culture initiatives

  • Build structure, momentum, and accountability frameworks that make programs stick beyond launch

  • Partner with sales leadership and enablement to ensure initiatives land in the field — not just on paper

  • Coordinate inputs, documentation, and reporting across key strategic initiatives

  • Maintain visibility and alignment for the CRO and Chief of Staff without becoming a heavy centralized PMO function

  • Step into selective initiative ownership when the work calls for it

  • Translate early-stage CRO ideas into polished, executive-ready narratives and decks

  • Bring genuine craft to the work — clean structure, sharp visual hierarchy, and the ability to make a complicated idea feel obvious

  • Build scalable templates and reusable frameworks that accelerate future work across the org

  • Own regular check-ins and reporting on the status of key sales org priorities

  • Synthesize progress, surface risks, and keep stakeholders oriented — without generating noise for noise's sake

  • Design and facilitate workshops and working sessions for the sales team

  • Ensure every session has a clear purpose, tight design, and outputs that actually drive action

  • Step into ambiguous, cross-functional problems and create clarity and forward motion

  • Serve as a trusted second set of hands for the Chief of Staff across a wide and shifting range of priorities

  • Build relationships across the sales org that create influence and unlock execution without relying on title or authority

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, Chief of Staff functions, sales enablement, or senior program operations

  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, executive-level priorities and build them into structured, actionable programs

  • Exceptional slide craft — strong visual thinker with the ability to make complex narratives land with a senior audience

  • Strong EQ and executive presence; experienced operating in rooms where you may be the most junior person

  • Bias toward execution — you care whether things actually land, not just whether they were well-designed

  • Proven ability to work across senior stakeholders without formal authority, earning influence through quality and reliability

  • Comfortable generating your own structure and moving forward in the absence of a clear brief or constant direction

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience supporting a senior GTM leader directly

  • Background in sales culture, organizational transformation, or performance culture initiatives

  • Familiarity with sales motion or GTM operating rhythms

  • Experience in or exposure to Chief of Staff functions, with an interest in growing as a senior operator within a revenue or GTM organization

  • Prior people management experience (not required, but indicative of the leadership maturity we're looking for)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
