This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and strategic alignment with key neo-cloud customers. As Regional Manager, you will own the SSD/NAND engagement strategy, lead complex commercial negotiations, and serve as the primary business interface between customers and Micron. You'll work cross-functionally to turn customer needs into durable partnerships and measurable results.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the SSD engagement strategy in partnership with BU, FAE, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead SSD/NAND revenue, volume, forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiations for assigned accounts
  • Build deep customer relationships and align strategies across executive, technical, and operational levels
  • Drive design wins and revenue pipeline through close collaboration with FAEs and BU teams
  • Ensure strong internal communication, performance visibility, and disciplined follow-up on commitments

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in the storage industry
  • Proven experience selling SSD and NAND solutions into complex customer environments
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing pricing, contracts, and supply commitments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of SSD workloads, applications, and customer platforms
  • Experience working with neo-cloud or hyperscale customers
  • Strong knowledge of competitive dynamics in the NAND/SSD ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and executive levels

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$169,000 - $287,700 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
