About the Role

As an Industry Solutions Lead, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our platform and the unique needs of customers across the banking and capital markets industry. You will serve as a domain expert, working closely with customers, sales, product, and marketing teams to identify high-impact use cases, define solution frameworks, and drive adoption across the industry. This is a highly strategic and consultative role that requires both business acumen and technical fluency. You’ll be responsible for shaping how our platform delivers value in the industry and helping customers realize measurable outcomes.

Your Impact

  • Leverage deep expertise in the banking and capital markets industry and identify key trends, pain points, and opportunities where our platform can deliver differentiated value.

  • Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to identify and co-create high-impact use cases for prospective and existing customers

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them align their business challenges with practical solutions using our platform.

  • Create industry-specific solution blueprints, white papers, and enablement materials to scale knowledge across teams and customers.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence the roadmap with industry-specific feedback and requirements.

  • Represent the company at industry events, customer workshops, and executive briefings.

  • Act as a thought leader both internally and externally, positioning the platform as an essential tool for digital transformation in the industry.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a combination of industry, consulting, or SaaS roles focused on digital transformation or enterprise solutions for financial institutions

  • Deep knowledge and/or experience working with blockchain and digital asset technology.

  • Deep domain knowledge in one or more sectors of the banking and capital markets industry (e.g., asset management, securities, payments etc.).

  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, understand their business needs, and design compelling solutions.

  • Strong communication skills—able to simplify complex concepts for executive and technical audiences alike.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
