Serve as a strategic leader responsible for defining and driving high-impact product initiatives across the organization. You’ll partner with senior leadership, engineering, design and business stakeholders to shape product vision, influence company strategy and deliver innovative solutions that improve client experiences and business outcomes.

In this role, you’ll operate at both a strategic and executional level—setting long-term direction while ensuring teams are aligned and delivering measurable value

About the role

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Lead discovery efforts to identify opportunities, validate solutions and prioritize investments

  • Partner with engineering, design and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products

  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across business, technology and operations

  • Own key product metrics and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes

  • Mentor and coach product managers, contributing to the growth of the product discipline

  • Translate company strategy into actionable product initiatives

  • Champion a client-first mindset, ensuring exceptional user experiences

  • Leverage data, experimentation and market insights to inform decisions

  • Manage risks, dependencies and trade-offs across multiple initiatives

About you

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms

  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that drive measurable impact

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills

  • Ability to influence without direct authority

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI/UX, sales, client support, finance and marketing

  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

  • Track record of delivering on time and measuring success

  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $189,800.00-$284,000.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
