Responsibilities:

Day-to-day activities will include:
- Participating in the design, implementation of new features, integration and debugging of Direct ML Drivers for Windows-on-ARM systems.
- Development, debugging and testing of Windows-on-ARM DirectML Drivers on different platforms including software models and FPGA systems.
- Support requirements break down, task assignment and acceptance of Software development, verification and debugging tasks.
- Be responsible for the deliverables' quality.
- Lead a team of Direct ML driver developers to success.
- Influencing and building a functional collaboration environment with ARM peer engineering teams.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Extensive experience with Windows Drivers - preferably Direct ML - development for marketed products.
- Extensive experience working with ARM Architecture.
- Experience with Machine Learning Software concepts
- Experience in both People Management and Technical Management of Engineering Teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and spoken English; capable of writing documentation and mentoring of junior engineers.
