The Opportunity
As a PwC's Fixed-Term seasonal employee, you'll join our Tax Compliance team to deliver exceptional tax services to high-net-worth individuals, helping them meet their financial planning and wealth transfer goals. In this role, you'll apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills while navigating the complexities of tax compliance in a dynamic and supportive environment.
A Fixed-Term seasonal member works for a defined period (3-6 months at a time) at a specific level as part of an engagement team, serving clients across a variety of industries. This career option allows you to contribute meaningfully during key seasonal tax periods (Summer/Fall or Winter/Spring) of the year while maintaining time for other personal or professional pursuits.
Fixed-Term seasonal employees may be invited to return for future engagements based on business needs and performance, supporting seamless client service and consistent team experience.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience
- Job seekers must demonstrate all of the minimum requirements are met for Certified Public Accountant licensure per respective state regulations
What Sets You Apart
- Certified Public Accountant license
- Considerable knowledge of financial planning and wealth transfer
- Skilled in Form 1040 and Form K1 compliance
- Demonstrated experience in client engagement and discussions
- Actively participating in client meetings and addressing needs
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
