Full-Time Salary Range: $63653 - $108210
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing (internships or co-op experience count!)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and team members at all levels
- Passion for learning and a desire to contribute to a high-quality product
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Lean and Six Sigma Principles
- Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9145
- Prior experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environment
- Active DOD Secret Clearance
