Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Level 2/3) to join our Supply Chain Primary Structures: North America, Europe, Middle East and India Contracts team in Everett, WA.
As a Procurement Agent you will be working with dynamic suppliers that provide Boeing with complex major assemblies across BCA product portfolio. Primary duties include managing internal and external relationships with suppliers and internal partners, negotiating cost, terms & conditions, and adherence to affordability and financial goals and objectives. The individual will also maintain supplier contracts and statements of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies.
  • Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
  • Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Conducts risk, issues, and opportunities management.
  • Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 2+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management
  • 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts and subcontracts
  • 2+ years developing and managing supplier relationships
  • 2+ years of experience monitoring and managing supplier performance and cost
  • 2+ years of experience conducting data analysis in Excel, creating executive briefings in PowerPoint and delivering Presentations to Executive leadership teams
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
  • 8 + years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management
  • 5 + years of experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts and subcontracts
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher or commensurate experience
  • 3+ years of experience coaching and mentoring procurement professionals
  • Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Summary Pay Range:
Level 2 - $80,170- $101,000
Level 3 - $94,000- $128,000
