Boeing Global Services (BGS) Top Tier Supplier Management team is seeking an Pre-award Operations Procurement Agent to join the team in Everett or Seattle, WA. This position will sit within the BGS Global Parts Solutions team with responsibility for overseeing the relationship management, delivery performance, and open order and Purchase requisition management for one or more of Boeing's key suppliers.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Seattle, WA & Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with management of the supply and demand of parts, schedules, and supplier quality and delivery.
- Analyze and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (e.g. on-time delivery) and using those indicators to predict risks; assist suppliers to develop new predictive indicators as needed.
- Coordinates supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
- Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies
- Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities.
- Manages supplier/subcontractor performance and relationships.
- Finds resolution of complex or strategic supply chain issues.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years' of related work experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related processes
- 2+ years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 2+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
- 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Able to travel up to 5% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- The candidate must possess strong business acumen, professional communication and problem solving skills
- Experience proposing and executing upon strategic decisions
- Experience collaborating with executive and senior management
