Our Newest Opportunity:

Role Overview

We’re seeking a nimble, technically savvy Product Analyst to join our AI Programs team. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of agile product processes—managing sprints, tracking JIRA backlogs, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable user stories. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and business leaders to build, test, and iterate on AI-powered tools that augment our people’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Process Management:

  • Build and maintain JIRA project boards, epics, stories, and tasks.

  • Define sprint goals, plan poker sessions, and drive sprint reviews/retrospectives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal customers (e.g., HR, Sales, Operations) to elicit, document, and validate requirements.

  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and backlog grooming sessions; push back on scope when needed and escalate risks early.

  • Product Analysis & Roadmapping:

  • Analyze usage metrics and stakeholder feedback to identify enhancements and new opportunities.

  • Maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned with business objectives and AI strategy.

  • AI Tool Familiarity & Prototyping:

  • Rapidly prototype and experiment with AI platforms (Cursor, Replit, MCP servers, etc.).

  • Technical Liaison:

  • Work closely with engineers on API integrations, data flows, and deployment pipelines.

  • Translate technical dependencies into clear, non-technical stories for business partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Project Manager role.

  • Hands-on expertise with JIRA and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

  • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable interviewing stakeholders at all levels and driving tough conversations.

  • Demonstrable experience with AI tools and development environments—please share samples or portfolios of past projects created using AI.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.), and technical integrations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Engineering background or coding bootcamp graduate.

  • Prior exposure to benefits, insurance, or HR-tech domains.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI) or analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with compliance/security considerations in enterprise software.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $90,000 to $100,000 per year

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
