We're looking for a bold, imaginative thinker–someone who can challenge outdated financial norms with innovative, visually striking solutions. The ideal candidate can explore a wide range of creative directions and collaborate closely with other designers and leadership to shape the future of Robinhood's products.

What you’ll do
  • Leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
  • Partnering closely with product, design and engineering teams to find elegant solutions to design challenges
  • Rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
  • Proactively define and clarify outcomes, build a plan of action, and deliver the results (especially when outcomes are unclear).
  • Navigate the complexities and constraints of data, legal, and tech dependencies to deliver top notch user experiences without compromising user outcomes.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
