What you’ll doWe are looking for a Product Designer to join our Support Experiences team. In this role, you will create user-centered design solutions for our customer support tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the support experience for both customers and agents. If you are passionate about designing intuitive solutions that drive user satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Brainstorm and develop creative design concepts for products.
- Design user interfaces, create high-fidelity designs, and conduct usability testing to ensure the product is user-friendly.
- Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring designs to life.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Identify and solve design problems, ensuring the product aligns with the business goals.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements- 5+ years of experience in product design.
- Strong understanding of UI and UX principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing your design expertise and projects.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Experience in designing conversational interfaces and AI agents.
- Strong (informed) point of view on how data-heavy web products should be built and composed.
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
