eVisit is a leading innovator in the healthcare industry, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge products and solutions. We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Associate to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of healthcare.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with a background in healthcare SaaS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our suite of healthcare software products. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the healthcare industry, as well as a strong grasp of design principles and best practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clinicians to define product requirements and design objectives.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Translate user insights and business requirements into innovative design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Develop high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across platforms.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare software design.
  • Champion a user-centric design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of end users throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with other designers working on interconnected projects happening in parallel.
  • Use and contribute to a complex multi-product design system

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certificate in design, user experience, human-computer interaction, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on healthcare SaaS applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • A portfolio that shows how you solve problems through your design process
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Ability to write user-friendly micro-copy, and create/maintain writing a style guide.
  • Strong qualitative user research skills, including user interviews and contextual inquiry.
  • Experience with conversational design
  • Proven track record delivering patient-driven healthcare experiences
