REQUIRED: Portfolio featuring examples of UX design, UI/ visual case studies and any examples of Product design for growth is highly valuable (please link a personal website or portfolio).

Responsibilities:

  • Work through design problems, translating research insights and product requirements into ideas that form delightful user experiences, from workflows and wireframes to high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to create products from initial definition to shipping and beyond.
  • Clearly articulate design rationale and advocate for the user's needs in cross-functional discussions.
  • Incorporate qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Effectively manage and execute on multiple design projects, balancing priorities and timelines with guidance from your manager or a design lead.
  • Contribute to our team culture by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and actively participating in design critiques.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the full design process, from discovery (user flows, IA) to delivery (wireframes, detailed UI, and prototypes).
  • Strong visual and UI design skills with experience working with and contributing to a design system.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting work to cross-functional team members.
  • Experience participating in user research and using insights to inform design decisions.
  • An understanding of technical constraints and the ability to find pragmatic solutions in partnership with engineering.
  • Proficiency in mobile design.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Interest in or exposure to designing with emerging technologies like GenAI.
