ImagineX is a tech company that deploys AI-assisted teams to build and secure mission-critical enterprise solutions with our clients – spanning software, data, and AI. Structured like a software company, not a traditional consultancy, we blend deep technical expertise with authentic values, achieving world-class satisfaction (NPS 91). Our dedicated teams specialize in software, data, and AI across the U.S. and LATAM, bridging the gap between boutique agility and enterprise scale.
We're seeking a Product Designer who will be responsible for contributing to design excellence across client engagements and internal initiatives. You will help shape user-centered solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that thoughtful design supports meaningful business outcomes. This position blends hands-on product design with cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of craft, problem‑solving, and technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to end-to-end product design across client engagements, from discovery through delivery
  • Support the creation and maintenance of design standards, components, and scalable best practices
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align design with business and technical goals
  • Participate in discovery workshops, design sprints, and collaborative sessions with clients
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
  • Communicate design rationale clearly through storytelling, prototypes, and visual artifacts
  • Execute across UX, UI, interaction design, and prototyping with attention to detail
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, design critiques, and team knowledge sharing

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, problem‑solving, and user-centered thinking
  • Proficiency in modern design tools, prototyping, and design systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Experience in consulting, agency, or multi-client environments (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and contribute to solving complex problems
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development
