The role involves leading product management for portfolio companies in the crypto space, driving strategy, execution, and alignment across teams while focusing on user needs and market fit.
Dragonfly is a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies (see list). Our Talent team supports the recruiting efforts of our portfolio by connecting top candidates with some of the most ambitious teams in crypto.
This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. This posting is for us to connect you directly with one or more of the companies in our portfolio that are actively hiring for senior product leadership roles. If this description doesn’t match your background exactly but you’re a product leader passionate about crypto, we encourage you to apply—we may have other opportunities that are a better fit.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring senior Product Managers, Heads of Product, and product leaders with a strong track record of execution in technical or crypto-adjacent environments.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 5–10+ years of product management experience, with ownership over complex roadmaps, teams, or entire product lines.
- Deep product strategy skills: ability to set vision, define success metrics, and lead teams through ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality software under tight feedback loops.
- Strong intuition for user needs, paired with a data-informed approach to product iteration.
- Direct experience with crypto products or infrastructure, or deep curiosity and rapid learning in crypto-native domains.
- Bonus: Backgrounds in DeFi, L1/L2 infrastructure, wallets, or crypto-powered consumer platforms.
About the Role(s):
Depending on the company and stage, you could be:
- Leading product for an early-stage crypto product - owning strategy, roadmap, and execution from first principles.
- Acting as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and GTM teams to align goals and scale product-market fit.
- Defining technical and user-centric requirements across new features, integrations, or cross-chain capabilities.
- Partnering with founders to sharpen product direction, manage competing priorities, and deliver against ambitious milestones.
- Helping shape team culture, hire early product talent, and contribute to long-term organizational design.
Process:
- We’ll confidentially match you with portfolio companies aligned with your experience, focus, and interests.
- If mutual interest exists between you and a team, we’ll facilitate a warm introduction.
- If there isn’t a match today, we’ll keep you top of mind for future opportunities.
Our portfolio companies are globally distributed, hiring for remote, hybrid, and in-person roles worldwide. They’re building across the crypto ecosystem—including DeFi, CeFi, infrastructure, L1s and L2s, creator/consumer applications, NFTs, ZK, and Crypto x AI. All candidate submissions are strictly confidential.
Please submit your information below, and we’ll be in touch if there is a potential fit.
