The Opportunity

Seamless is hiring a Product Growth Analyst to help the company understand how customers experience value inside the product and use those insights to guide product decisions.

In this role, you will analyze user behavior, define the metrics that matter most, and identify the experiences that drive activation, retention, and long-term customer value.

Rather than simply reporting metrics, you will translate product usage data into clear insights that shape strategy and influence what the product team builds next.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to evaluate experiments, identify behavioral patterns, and ensure product decisions are guided by evidence and measurable impact.


Responsibilities

  • Define product activation using clear behavioral metrics and align teams around a shared definition of success
  • Analyze user funnels to identify where customers hesitate, abandon workflows, or fail to reach value
  • Evaluate results from product experiments and translate findings into clear product recommendations
  • Identify behavioral patterns that predict retention, expansion, and long-term customer value
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize work based on measurable product impact
  • Build dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into product performance
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Continuously refine product metrics to ensure teams measure outcomes rather than activity

Skillset

  • Experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or behavioral data analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis
  • Ability to influence decisions through clear storytelling, evidence, and reasoning
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Amplitude (preferred), Mixpanel, or Pendo
  • Familiarity with experimentation and feature flag tools such as LaunchDarkly, Split/Harness, or GrowthBook
  • Ability to interpret user behavior and translate insights into actionable product recommendations
  • Strong collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and leadership

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data analysis roles
  • Experience working with product usage data in SaaS or technology environments preferred
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and product-led growth metrics strongly preferred
