Salesforce Inc.  seeks Product Management Director in Seattle, WA:

Job Duties: Gather and Analyze Requirements. Identify and Define Product Roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and create a clear product roadmap that aligns with Salesforce’s strategic goals and/or customer/market needs. Oversee the end-to-end release planning process for features on the product roadmap. Lead the execution of pilot feature programs, managing early user feedback to refine product features before full launch. Analyze pilot results to ensure successful product-market fit and adoption, as needed. Utilize ongoing customer feedback, usage data, etc. to further develop and enhance existing product features. Work closely with other product teams, engineering, architects, and product managers to ensure seamless feature development, integration, and alignment with overall Salesforce product strategy. Create Documentation and Presentations. *Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area. Telecommuting is an option. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Information Technology or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Information Technology or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Information Technology).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) SAQL; (2) Enterprise software; (3) Technology/software sales; (4) Cloud computing; (5) CRM analytics; (6) Large-scale analytics projects; (7) Delivering technical training for Salesforce products; (8) Software lifecycle management; (9) Service cloud; and (10) Marketing cloud. 

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. 

Salary: $226,179.00 - $306,600.00 per annum.
