About us

Built by ex–nation-state operators and AI researchers, Cracken is the world’s first Uncensored Vibe Hacking platform that safely amplifies security teams and gives enterprises proven, auditable security resilience.

The role

We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong cybersecurity domain understanding to own product discovery, execution, and delivery.

You’ll work closely with founders, security researchers, and engineers to turn complex cyber workflows into a scalable, user-friendly product.

What you’ll do
  • Own product roadmap, priorities, and execution

  • Translate cybersecurity workflows into clear product requirements

  • Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, and Security Research teams

  • Define MVPs, iterate fast, and ship production-ready features

  • Gather feedback from customers, pilots, and internal stakeholders

  • Balance security depth, usability, and business goals

  • Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market alignment

Must have
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager

  • Experience building B2B AI or security products

  • Strong understanding of offensive cybersecurity

  • Strong analytical and systems thinking

  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data

Nice to have
  • Background in security research, SOC, pentesting, or threat intelligence

  • Experience with Product Ops or working in highly operational early-stage teams

  • Startup or founding-team experience

Why Cracken?
  • Real-world impact: Our technology is validated in nation-state operations and grounded in hands-on internal research

  • Team with a mission: Ukrainian-heavy international team of PhDs, professors, and top-tier industry veterans, driven by intrinsic motivation shaped by real-world adversity

  • Adaptive roles: We shape roles around exceptional talent — your ownership and drive will define your path

  • Perfect timing: Operating at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems, Cracken is uniquely positioned to win against sophisticated adversaries

What we offer
  • Ownership over a core cybersecurity product

  • Direct collaboration with founders and elite cyber operators

  • High autonomy and real impact on product direction

  • Fully remote & flexible work setup

  • Competitive compensation

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
