The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, delivery, and optimization of our Digital Analytics and Data Activation efforts. This is not a traditional Product Manager role — you’ll sit at the intersection of business, tech, and data, driving impactful customer experiences and overseeing MarTech platforms. If you’re passionate about data-driven decisions and personalization, this is your chance to make a real impact! 🚀

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Digital Analytics, Personalization Strategies, and Experimentation Frameworks, with a proven track record of owning product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder relationships to drive impactful outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Product Roadmap: Define and manage the roadmap for data activation and personalization, aligning it with business goals.
  • Optimize Digital Analytics: Lead the optimization of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to drive measurable customer experiences.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with developers, data analysts, and other teams to translate business needs into impactful product solutions.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Keep teams aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Iterate & Improve: Track performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve features to deliver ongoing value.

What You Bring:

  • Digital Analytics Experience: You’ve worked with platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and know how to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Personalization Expertise: Experience with personalization engines and recommendation algorithms. Bonus if you’ve worked with CDPs and campaign tools!
  • Product Roadmap Ownership: Proven ability to own and execute product roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work seamlessly with development and data teams to bring solutions to life.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent at keeping teams aligned and stakeholders informed.

  • Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in agile environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake).
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as they apply to data products.

What we offer:

  • Flexible PTO & competitive pay—rest fuels performance.
  • RRSP match & stock options—invest in your future.
  • Customizable benefits—flexible coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA.
  • Fullscript discounts—save on wellness products.
  • Continuous learning—training budget + company-wide initiatives.
  • Wherever You Work Well—hybrid and remote flexibility.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
