About The Role

As Product Manager, Engagement, you will own the surfaces Hone patients return to week after week. You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to make managing their long-term health between consults easy and engaging.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the roadmap for Engagement - spanning the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence
  • Define and track engagement KPIs (e.g., MAU, AI engagement and satisfaction, medication adherence)
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to understand why and how patients return to the app, and where recurring experiences fall short
  • Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use
  • Partner with our AI team on the patient-facing AI experience - entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, memory etc
  • Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

About You

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong experience crafting best-in-class consumer applications with a focus on engagement, retention, and habitual use
  • Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features preferred
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
  • Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Deep personal interest in health and longevity

Compensation Range

$130,000 - $160,000 based on location and experience
