About the Team

Enterprise Engineering (EE) is a unique team at Statsig, responsible for working with prospective and existing customers on integrating Statsig into their workflows. This team owns everything from building features that unblock usage of Statsig during a prospective customer’s proof-of-concept through to unlocking integrations and partnerships with other tools that can add value to the Statsig platform. The EE team jumps across every product line and surface of the Statsig experience to improve it for our customers, translating to dynamic, broad scope and the development of expertise across our whole product suite.

What you’ll do

As Statsig’s Enterprise Engineering (EE) PM, you will be responsible for enabling Statsig’s customers to be successful on the platform.

Tactically, what does this mean? This means you will-

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with prospective and existing customers to identify product gaps blocking them from onboarding and scaling their usage of Statsig

  • Own managing and prioritizing the backlog of customer requests across Statsig’s current and prospective customer base

  • Work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams on deals, joining customer calls, working directly with customers to define requirements, and scoping projects to ensure we can follow through on our commitments

  • Partner across the entire Product organization, including with our Infra, SDK, and Console teams to prioritize customer requests and drive cross-functional solutions

  • Own building, tracking, and reporting out on Quarterly EE roadmap and OKRs

  • Define and build processes and products to scale the Enterprise Engineering team’s workflows as Statsig’s customer-base grows

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who loves working with customers, isn’t intimidated by a broad product scope, and loves solving new challenges in creative ways every day. This job will also require having a strong prioritization muscle and thinking through how to meet customer needs in a scalable, thoughtful way that avoids feature bloat.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a PM working on a technical product, bonus points if you have experience in the b2b SaaS space

  • Great with people; you love interacting with customers and partner teams all day, every day

  • Excellence obsessed **product builder; you have strong attention to detail and value delivering high-quality, intuitive product experiences

  • Strong written & oral communication skills, for both internal and customer-facing communication

  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can define success for their team, then define a roadmap to get there

  • Track record of leading end-to-end projects from inception through to completion, with clear product and project management

  • Ability to be on-site at our Bellevue, WA office 5 days a week
