We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to support one of Xsolla’s flagship products — the In-Game Store, an eCommerce platform built for the games industry. It enables developers and publishers to sell digital goods, virtual currency, and games directly to players via websites, messengers, social media, and partner stores.
In this role, you’ll manage partner requests, match them with existing product capabilities, and contribute to planning the roadmap for core feature development. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate diverse partner needs into clear, actionable priorities while keeping the product aligned with its goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with partners to gather requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
  • Support implementation of new features and integrations.
  • Prepare technical documentation such as sequence diagrams and feature descriptions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor live operations, troubleshoot issues, and track feature performance.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business impact and partner needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in product, project, or live operations roles in eCommerce or gaming.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and basic system architecture, ability to create sequence diagrams and write clear technical descriptions.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial modeling, and stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B or B2B2C products.
  • Background in LiveOps or mobile game monetization.
  • Experience with products in eCommerce or digital goods sales.
