WHO WE ARE

Jampp is a programmatic advertising platform used by the most ambitious companies to accelerate their mobile businesses. Founded in 2013, Jampp leverages machine learning, creative optimization, and proprietary advertising solutions to drive incremental growth for leading mobile advertisers such as Uber, Just Eat Takeaway.com, FREENOW, Rappi, and BIGO Live.

We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the past years: from expanding our global footprint to 10+ countries and building a team of 100+ mobile experts, to becoming part of the Affle Group, a fast-growing AdTech company that successfully launched its IPO in 2019 and owns multiple industry-leading platforms, including Appnext, mDSP, mediasmart, Newton, RevX, Ultra, and YouAppi, in addition to Jampp.

Today, Jampp is consistently ranked as a top mobile performance partner by the industry’s leading MMPs, featured across 10 categories of Singular’s ROI Index and listed as a top-10 performer in AppsFlyer’s Performance Index.

PRODUCT TEAM

The Product Team identifies and scopes out the most impactful opportunities for Jampp to tackle. Our Product Managers have a deep understanding of the business, backed by the know-how of our technical solution, and are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams across the company around key decisions.

They work most closely with the Engineering, Data Science, and Growth teams to set a well-thought-out product strategy and define a roadmap that ensures Jampp’s products continue to evolve for the benefit of our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Product Ownership: Own and drive all aspects of your products with a customer-first strategy, including customer needs, goals, a feature roadmap, and developing support collateral for revenue teams.
  • Vision & Strategy: Define a clear product vision for Jampp’s gaming vertical offerings to ensure new features drive measurable value for clients. You will also collect customer and market insights and explore new trends in Gaming User Acquisition (UA) to shape the product roadmap.
  • Prioritization: Make critical trade-off decisions, balancing customer experience, technical limitations, and business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams including Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Programmatic, and Revenue to deliver capabilities aligned with the needs of gaming advertisers..
  • Co-creation: Partner closely with internal UA and DSP specialists to co-create best-in-class products for the gaming ecosystem.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

Over the years Jampp has been recognised as one of the top platforms for Programmatic UA for leading Non Gaming companies. We intend to strengthen our Gaming proposition and hence this role for a Gaming UA expert to join us to drive this very strategic new product for the company.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team with a strong focus on the Gaming vertical. This person will push boundaries, influence strategy, and make a strong impact on product execution and quality, specifically tailored to the needs of mobile gaming advertisers.

Our ideal Product Manager has managed technical products and is focused on solving user needs within our Gaming vertical. You are very technical, able to put yourself in the shoes of our customers and understand their needs, while also being able to discuss with the technical team the potential solutions to solve those needs and their technical requirements. You operate well in close partnership with Data Science, Engineering and Revenue teams, as well as drive initially ambiguously defined projects across the broader company.

You are analytical, data-driven, and highly collaborative. You’re passionate about solving complex challenges for gaming advertisers and have the technical depth to engage with Engineers and Data Scientists while also understanding the business goals of our customers.

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate who is highly technical, analytical, and data-driven. The ideal candidate can understand customer needs and discuss technical solutions with engineering teams. They are passionate about solving complex challenges for gaming advertisers and can collaborate effectively with Data Science, Engineering, and Revenue teams.

  • 3+ years in Product Management within AdTech, with a strong understanding of Gaming UA and DSP mechanics.
  • Prior experience working with or building products for gaming advertisers or platforms focused on mobile gaming growth.
  • Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Strong communication skills with both commercial and technical audiences.
  • Bonus: experience working in/with remote teams.

You may be a good fit for this role if:

  • You have led products that served gaming clients or involved UA-specific features.
  • You’ve worked in DSPs focused on Gaming or in Gaming companies itself
  • You are entrepreneurial and love the challenge of leading one of the of the most important products within a traditionally Non Gaming DSP to embrace and win in Gaming
  • You’re deeply analytical and use data to inform every decision.
  • You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, exploring problems deeply, and thinking beyond the obvious.
  • You enjoy working in multicultural teams and adapting your style to collaborate across regions and time zones.
  • You are driven by a desire to learn and grow, demonstrating resilience and passion when faced with complex problems

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
