  • Analyze customer feedback, product usage metrics, and competitive signals using AI-powered analytics platforms to accelerate insight generation and inform feature iteration.
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders across Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to coordinate feature delivery, communicate release timelines, and support go-to-market activities.
  • Document product decisions, feature specifications, and release notes through AI-assisted workflows, applying editorial judgment to ensure accuracy and alignment with product intent.
  • Investigate customer-reported issues and product gaps, triaging and escalating appropriately in partnership with Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Track key product performance metrics and contribute to reporting on feature adoption, data quality, and platform health using AI-generated reporting tools to reduce manual effort.
  • Implement product management practices and processes as directed by senior leadership, contributing to shared AI workflow documentation for the broader product team.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.
4. QualificationsRequired:
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or a related discipline (e.g., business analysis, product operations, or program management)
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories, manage a product backlog, and work effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery processes
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision making — comfortable working with usage metrics, customer feedback, and product analytics to inform priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams
  • Working familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or equivalent) as productivity tools for drafting, synthesis, or analysis — and a demonstrated willingness to build AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day work
  • Ability to operate effectively within defined frameworks, manage competing tasks, and escalate appropriately when needed
Preferred:
  • Specialized skills, knowledge, or experience within the Hospitality technology industry
  • Experience with or exposure to financial analytics, business intelligence platforms, or data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with hotel financial performance concepts, including P&L structures or benchmarking methodologies
  • Experience using AI tools specifically within a product management context — prompt design, feedback synthesis, or spec generation
  • Experience working on a recently acquired product or within a high-growth SaaS environment

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
