Job Description

Experian Consumer Services is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the delivery and growth of our customer experience cross-domain workstreams. We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven product leader to implement the growth and transformation of our customer experience journeys. You will report to the Senior Product Manager – D2C CX Domain.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Implement the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the whole customer experience for new programs, delivering a clear and contextual financial health experience that meets users' needs and inspires conversion.
  • Contribute to a multi-year product strategy, informed by trends, partner and internal capabilities, and consumer insights.
  • Champion product management by establishing OKRs tied to business and consumer impact and aligning teams toward measurable goals.
  • Implement the product roadmap, from discovery to launch and iteration, including user research, experience design, feature prioritization, engineering execution, testing, go-to-market, and funnel optimization.
  • Collaborate with partners, including business owners, design, engineering, analytics, legal, compliance, content, research, CX operations, and information security to create high-quality, compliant solutions on time and at scale.
  • Advance Experian's end-to-end customer experience, ensuring seamless integration into the broader Experian.com and mobile app ecosystem—extending users' personal finance journey based on evolving customer's needs.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to develop go-to-market plans that attract users with loan or savings intent and increase engagement among current members.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, delivering consumer-facing financial products through end-to-end integrated journeys.
  • 2+ years of experience building or connecting inter- and intra-domain programs using shared componentry, libraries, and themes. Experience in integrated journeys that connect CRM, analytics, product, and customer service.
  • Experience with main product management practices: defining user stories and requirements, developing wireframes, running A/B and multivariate tests, and analyzing product performance at scale.
  • Experience working in Silicon Valley Product Operating Model, Agile, or Lean environments, collaborating across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field (preferred).

  • Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K
  • Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-office
  • Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
