What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from opportunity discovery and roadmap definition to launch, iteration, and optimization.
- Translate business goals and user needs into well-defined product requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Analytics, UX, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to life.
- Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to evaluate performance, prioritize initiatives, and inform decision-making.
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement through A/B testing and iterative development.
- Balance short-term results with long-term vision, ensuring product investments are scalable and strategically sound.
- Foster strong alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities, trade-offs, and progress.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and help evolve our product and platform strategy.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management with a strong track record of launching and scaling products.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product development workflows, and cross-functional team dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to distill complex challenges into structured, actionable plans.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and lead experimentation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills that help influence and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, confident communication style and a collaborative approach to leadership.
