Staff Product Manager
Working alongside some of the best teams in the business, the Staff Product Manager will significantly impact how some of the world’s most prominent nonprofits improve their performance. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional team efforts through the entire product lifecycle; inclusive of opportunity analysis, discovery, roadmap, agile development, release planning and go-to-market strategy. This is a great opportunity for a product manager to enable modern practices in constituent management and fundraising programs.
Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for defining market requirements and packaging the features into product releases. This position involves close interaction with development leads, design leads, and key customers. A strong technical background and domain experience is required. Job duties include gathering requirements from existing and potential customers as well as recent evaluators, defining user stories for the Agile product backlog, and monitoring the implementation of product discovery and optimization.

- Passionate about nonprofit technology and ensuring our clients are successful
- Focused on communicating and building rapport with customers throughout the product development process
- Lead Agile team members to bring solutions to the market iteratively through short-cycle design and scrum interaction
- Lead multiple initiatives which require interacting and involving stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Create product backlog/requirement documents (epics, stories, scope docs, etc) to guide engineering in developing the platform features, and work closely with the engineering and QA teams to execute the product feature per specification
- Work on a team of high-performing product professionals in a very collaborative environment
- Be collaborative across many other teams to drive product success in all business, development and operation areas
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working with customers and presenting internally and externally; proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization.
- Adept at understanding and curious about new technologies, systems, and tools.
- At least 1 years experience in relevant roles a company or nonprofit organization. Experience in Product Management preferred.
- Experience with Agile development practices, methodologies and tools is preferred.
- Exhibits ongoing learning agility through the intentional efforts to learn functional domains and PM skills and practices.

The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.Benefits Include:
