Product Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

Alma is seeking two mission-driven Product Managers with healthcare experience to support the Alma Insurance Program. 

In these roles, you will partner closely with stakeholders in Operations and lead efforts to onboard new insurance partners, manage the eligibility & benefits verification process and help scale Alma’s claim submission capabilities for operational stability. 

The ideal person for these roles is someone who has great project management skills and can translate business and operational needs into product requirements for design and engineering. 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the revenue cycle domain and the claim submission lifecycle at Alma 
  • Outline a roadmap for your team focused on operational stability and revenue growth 
  • Articulate a clear vision for Alma to drive operational efficiencies in the early part of the revenue cycle for Alma’s insurance program to continue to scale
  • Perform discovery around key problem areas that will create a frictionless user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team and stakeholders to identify pain points and areas of opportunity 
  • Drive the roadmap and feature set priorities through data-driven considerations with your engineering squad to tackle the most impactful organizational challenges aligned to your domain
  • Define, track, and analyze key metrics in your domain area along with operational and organizational KPIs aligned to your product space 

Who you are:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong desire to own a product strategy and roadmap.
  • Have experience in the healthcare industry in healthcare information systems as a product manager (RCM preferred)
  • You are a systems thinker with a track record for achieving impactful outcomes. 
  • You possess a clear and engaging communication style and are able to build positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization.

Salary Band: $135,000 - $150,000
