As the Product Manager for the Roadmap Track, you will own the long-term features, core game loops, and retention systems that keep Sunshine Island, our flagship casual farming title, growing.

Our product team operates in two specialized execution tracks: Strategic Roadmap (deep features, long-term systems) and LiveOps (recurring events, monetization, D2C growth). You will lead the Roadmap Track in a close PM/PJM pair, partnering directly with a dedicated Project Manager (PJM) who manages day-to-day agile mechanics and operational scheduling. This structure frees you to focus on product direction, new mechanics, and the impact of what we build. You work with a complete feature team of dedicated engineers, designers, economy designers, artists, and data analysts, bringing new mechanics to a mature game.

This position is ideal for a data-driven Product Manager who thinks in roadmaps, stays close to the market to see what works, comes up with their own ideas for new mechanics, and wants to have a measurable impact on retention and long-term revenue.

YOUR MISSION
  • Roadmap & Feature Ownership: Own the Roadmap Track backlog and quarterly plan. Keep existing features and systems healthy (progression, content updates, guilds, tournaments) while prioritizing and sequencing larger releases that move our KPIs.

  • New Mechanics & Market Insight: Stay close to the market: play and analyze games in the genre, see what works, and come up with your own ideas for new mechanics that make the game better in its genre. Game designers own the detailed feature design, and you bring the ideas, the evidence, and the KPI goals.

  • Retention & Early Game: Own first-session and early-game retention (FTUE, unlock pacing, onboarding) and the path from new player to veteran, working with analysts on cohorts and A/B tests.

  • Progression & Content: Shape progression and content cadence with economy designers (content waves, level cap, progression speed), so players keep finding new things to do from the first session to veteran play.

  • KPI Ownership & Testing: Own the roadmap KPIs: D7 and early retention, veteran DAU and ARPDAU of high-level players, and progression speed. Define success metrics up front and read A/B tests and cohorts together with the data analysts.

  • Delivery & Collaboration: Partner with your track PJM on sprint scoping and release scheduling and act as the central product anchor for the feature team. Drive multi-phase features from goal to release, with clear scope and learnings per phase. You report to the Director of LiveOps and work day to day with the game's Product Owner.

YOUR PROFILE
  • 4–6 years as a Product Manager or Game PM in mobile F2P gaming (casual, farming, simulation, or city-builder experience preferred).

  • Proven Live Game Experience: Demonstrated experience running a live game and thinking in roadmaps: prioritizing, sequencing, and delivering large features, and weighing trade-offs between them.

  • Market-Informed Mindset: Plays and analyzes games in the genre, has a strong pulse on what works, and turns it into ideas for new mechanics. Comfortable with retention and monetization metrics (D7, ARPDAU, LTV, churn).

  • Player & Systems Understanding: Understanding of what keeps players engaged over time: progression, onboarding, long-term retention systems, and how economy and content pacing work together.

  • Cross-Functional Communicator: Skilled at aligning and inspiring cross-functional teams (Art, Tech, Design, Analytics) through clear commercial reasoning without needing direct line management.

  • Agile & Operationally Minded: Highly organized, calm under live operational pressure, and accustomed to working alongside PJMs in SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.

  • Time Zone: Located within +/- 3 hours of CEST for real-time collaboration in our remote-first setup.

  • AI-Savvy or Curious: Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work, or keen to learn. We use AI across production and expect you to try it.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Direct ownership of the product direction and long-term growth of a high-scale mobile title generating millions in revenue.

  • A complete feature team and a close partnership with a dedicated PJM, who handles operational overhead so that you stay focused on product strategy and impact.

  • A mature, remote-first studio culture that values autonomy, data-driven decisions, and sustainable execution.

  • A competitive compensation package, personal development budget, and flexible working conditions.
