  • Contribute to the visioning, sequencing, tactics, and execution of a multi-phased overhaul of horizontal Dashboard experiences
  • Independently lead and drive product initiatives for the org
  • Own the Dashboard strategy and execution within Stripe and regularly present your work to company leadership
  • Run team meetings and direct product team operations collaboratively with your engineering counterpart, tech leads, designers, user researchers, and data scientist
  • Work in ambiguity and be able to set and achieve priorities that find the perfect balance between both user and business needs
  • Partner with Stripe’s central design team to define and enforce a set of quality and craft standards that maintain Stripe’s deep commitment to craft & product excellence
  • Lead and mentor peer or junior PMs through collaborations with other product teams.

Who you are

We’re looking for that exceptional product leader who sets compelling product strategy and operates effectively in matrix organizations.

Minimum requirements

  • 12+ years relevant product management experience in B2B SaaS or financial technology products
  • Ability to operate independently at a high altitude to turn ambiguous, complex, horizontal problems into concrete visions (in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders) that bring together multiple team strategies
  • Excellent communication and operational skills
  • Track record of delivering successful B2B products at scale
  • Strong craft and visual design skills
  • Comfortable presenting work to company leadership regularly

Preferred qualifications

  • Ability to structure complex problems and product ambiguity
  • Experience partnering closely with design and other cross-functional teams to set design standards that are backed by solid product rationale
  • Ability to translate user problems into clear product direction
  • Experience creating flexible and scalable frameworks and guidelines for rapid iteration and experimentation

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
