What you’ll do…

The Product Manager will be a core part of our product development team, turning company strategic initiatives into concrete product changes, with a focus on UX/UI design. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the product development team, taking requests and turning them into product requirements while working with our Software Architects and Sr Software Engineers to validate technical feasibility and requirements. As Product Manager, you will be an expert on our solution offering and be able to communicate its value and capabilities, requirements, and limitations, and be a major contributor to long-term strategic product planning. You will participate in defining the product vision, conducting market research, analyzing data, and driving product growth and customer satisfaction

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Defining and managing product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and innovation

· Championing user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle

· Collaborating with UX/UI designers to understand customer pain points and behaviors

· Advocating for inclusive design practices and accessibility standards

· Balancing aesthetic quality with functionality and technical feasibility

· Creating and managing a product roadmap based on the overall product vision and strategy

· Partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful launch and market adoption of new products and features.

· Continuously monitoring the product’s performance and gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to make decisions and prioritize product improvements and features

· Leading product release plans and setting the expectation for delivery of new functionalities and improvements

· Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

· Anticipating industry shifts and emerging technologies to develop a long-term product strategy that positions the company as a leader in the market

· Making strategic decisions about resource allocation and product feature prioritization to maximize business impact

What we’re looking for…

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth and team-oriented environment. We don’t expect you to check every box, but the ideal candidate will have:

● Minimum of 3 of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent

● Minimum of 3 years experience with UX/UI design, including using design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Balsamiq

● Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles

● Strong experience in conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand how customers interact with our software

● Experience writing business requirements and technical requirements

● Ability to influence, facilitate, and collaborate with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people

● Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

● Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and cross-functional

Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000 base salary, plus eligible for bonus. Salary ranges are determined by location, level, experience, and skills. This will be discussed further with the Talent team during the interview process.
