We are hiring a Product Manager to help manage, expand and oversee our rapidly growing portfolio of federal contracts.

What you'll be doing:

This role will focus on improving digital tools and workflows that enable accredited representatives to better assist Veterans with accessing and managing their benefits. You’ll work closely with VA stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure solutions are user-centered, compliant, and impactful. 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (ideally in federal, health IT, or large-scale enterprise systems).
  • Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery.
  • Ability to engage with end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape solutions.
  • Familiarity with VA systems, benefits processes, or government service delivery is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint demo, retro, etc) and coordinating product releases
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and outcomes.
  • Commitment to improving Veteran services through modern, user-centered technology.
  • A consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  •       Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.

Compensation:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $90,000 – $135,000
