Position Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology product management, preferably within a Software as a Service (SaaS) company, and possess extensive experience in US healthcare analytics, business intelligence, data modeling/normalization and AI/ML solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of Agile methodology and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).


Key Relationships: Engineering, Customer Experience, Product, Sales

 

Key Accountabilities:  

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality, user-centric products. 
  • Develop and maintain a data-driven product roadmap that reflects the company’s strategic direction, market opportunities, and priorities of the company. 
  • Conduct internal and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. 
  • Stay on top of healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and ensure that our products remain competitive and compliant. 
  • Define, prioritize, and document product features and requirements, creating detailed Agile stories, acceptance criteria, and clear product specifications, while ensuring flexibility to adapt as new insights and opportunities emerge in the healthcare space.   
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features, managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining a focus on improving user experience and healthcare outcomes.   
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation, using data, market analysis, and user insights to continuously iterate and improve products, driving innovation based on evolving customer needs.   
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Foster a culture of curiosity by encouraging continuous learning within the team by actively seeking out new ideas, trends, and best practices in the healthcare industry.   

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • In-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to gather and interpret data, understand customer needs, and drive decision-making based on insights. 
  • A demonstrated natural curiosity for healthcare, technology, and market trends, with a desire to continuously learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of the industry.   

Required Education and Experience:  

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on technology solutions in the US healthcare sector – preferably healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven products. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • In-depth understanding of the US healthcare system, including healthcare providers, payers, regulations and emerging trends.  
  • Strong background in business intelligence solutions and data analytics. 
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and experience in generating Agile stories and detailed requirements. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). 
  • Experience working within or with Payor organizations 
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and emerging technologies. 

Location: Fully remote within the US (Must be located in the US) 

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 plus bonus, equity, 401k match, unlimited PTO and medical/dental/vision insurance
