About the Role:

Are you a self-starter with a passion for crafting meaningful product experiences? Do you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy transforming complex problems into elegant solutions? At DigniFi, we’re looking for a Product Manager who can both own and inspire—someone who is strategic, hands-on, and has a knack for storytelling. You’ll envision a better future for our users and partners and rally teams around that vision.

In this role, you’ll own a key product domain, driving everything from feature development to long-term product strategy. You’ll excel at explaining new products and features to both business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding across all collaborators.

When challenges arise, you’ll step in as a problem-solver, removing blockers for engineering teams and adapting requirements to address technical limitations without losing sight of the bigger picture. Collaboration is at the heart of our culture, and your ability to give and receive thoughtful feedback will help us build innovative, best-in-class products that delight our customers and partners.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just understand business and financial principles but can seamlessly connect them to their work—driving outcomes that matter for our users and the company. If you’re passionate about building exceptional products that make a real difference—and you’re ready to join a team that values collaboration, feedback, and growth—this is the opportunity for you.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with data/engineering team to establish and measure key performance metrics for implemented product solutions. Also develop long term strategies to improve and optimize.

  • Primary owner of assigned product domain (ex: dealer, consumer, partner, internal, etc) - assessing market needs and business value to meet organization goals.

  • Work with internal stakeholders (ex: Risk, Compliance, Servicing, etc) on project alignment and requirements.

  • Track progress against plan and resolve any variances as soon as they are identified.

  • Prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience.

  • Maintain a complete backlog of all the activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience

  • Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specs and coordinating projects across teams and organizations.

  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to create a compelling product vision and to drive data-driven product decisions.

  • Entrepreneurial experience building products from 0-1.

  • Fin-tech and / or big tech experience preferred.

  • Experience and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

  • Sound understanding of payment technology, and APIs development, including RESTful API and JSON.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Why You’ll Love Working at DigniFi:

  • High-growth opportunity with terrific upside potential.

  • Founded to provide aid to people when they unexpectedly need help...responsible, respectful, and transparent access to a better financial future for our customers.

  • Excellence-driven organization that values work/life balance.

  • We’re a tight-knit team that values collaboration and genuinely loves working together.

  • Ultimate workplace flexibility.

What’s In It for You:

  • Flexible PTO

  • 80% Employer-Paid Premiums for Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
