We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking a Product Manager to join our growing product team. As a Product Manager, you will support the development of our healthcare data-driven platform while learning the key skills needed for product management. This will be a contract position for a period of 6 months. This position will be working for delivery of multiple features within the CRM and Watchtower products.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the product team in executing the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals.
  • Assist the product team in conducting user research, synthesizing learnings and developing design mockups. Also, participate in customer and stakeholder meetings to gather product insights and feedback.
  • Assist the product team in establishing and executing scrum / agile processes for product development life cycle, including defining and organizing user stories.
  • Assist the product team in development product requirement documents and related artifacts. 
  • Support the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Support the assigned scrum team in testing dashboards, reports and other engineering outputs.
  • Help track and analyze key product metrics, gathering user feedback to improve the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related discipline).
  • Two years experience in product management, building enterprise or B2B customer facing products. Experience working in a growth stage, start-up environment is a plus!
  • Interest in healthcare technology, digital health, or biopharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
