ROLE

As a Product Manager, you will translate customer needs into product solutions that drive measurable impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to build, improve, and scale our payments platform.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for someone who combines strong product execution with deep curiosity about how things work.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product execution from concept to delivery, including requirements, prioritization, and release
  • Translate customer and partner needs into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Analyze product usage and behavior to inform roadmap decisions
  • Partner closely with Engineering to scope and deliver solutions efficiently
  • Engage directly with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions
  • Improve and optimize payment flows, features, and user experience
  • Build lightweight prototypes or tools to accelerate decision-making when needed

  • Maintain strong alignment across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Consistently turn insights into actionable product enhancements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within payments (Product, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of payment systems (e.g., gateways, ACH, tokenization, surcharging)
  • Experience translating user behavior and data into product decisions
  • Proven ability to write clear product requirements and work with engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute independently

Nice to Haves

  • Startup experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and product analytics platforms
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and prototyping

Remote pay range
$125,000$145,000 USD
