Overview

Duetto, the industry-leading hospitality revenue management system,  leads the way in helping hotels, resorts, and casinos optimize revenue and boost profit. Our leading SaaS platform, expanding suite of products, and incredibly skilled team have been at the heart of our continued success and our ambition for future growth knows no bounds.

Duetto is building the future of hotel revenue strategy. We’re not just another SaaS company — we’re redefining what’s possible for hotels through our category-creating platform, the Revenue & Profit Operating System.

We're looking for an accomplished Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale our global partner marketing program. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of marketing and partnerships, focused on making the partner channel a key driver of revenue growth.

The Role

As a newly created function, you’ll create a partnership playbook to develop and execute on joint marketing strategies with key partners in the hospitality industry and consultants to expand Duetto’s brand reach and reputation, as well as drive pipeline through new leads and upsell opportunities to drive revenue. You will be a champion for our partnerships, ensuring seamless execution of co-marketing initiatives and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial industry relationships.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role — but with plenty of support. You’ll work closely with our regional marketing teams, partnerships team, creative resources, product and product marketing, growth marketing, and agency partners.

Reporting to the SVP of Global Marketing, you will:

  • Build & Scale the Partner Marketing Program
Create and launch a scalable partner marketing framework that supports co-marketing, including targeting, segmentation, messaging, enablement, and measurement of joint campaigns across a wide partner ecosystem.
  • Drive Revenue Through the Partner Channel
Turn partner relationships into a high-performance demand channel. Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and support cross-sell/upsell initiatives.
  • Create & Execute Partner Campaigns
Lead co-branded campaigns, partner webinars, joint in-person events, digital campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate Across Regions & Teams
Partner closely with regional marketing leads on field programs, events, and activations involving partners. Work with the Partnerships team to identify the right opportunities and timing.
  • Develop Enablement & Messaging
Equip partners with toolkits, positioning, co-branded content, and value prop materials to represent Duetto effectively in the market. Own the creation and distribution of partner content, case studies, and enablement materials.
  • Establish Reporting & ROI Models
Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing performance. Build attribution models to connect activity to outcomes, measure partner influence, and optimize efforts.
  • Support Partner Events
Lead marketing execution for partner-sponsored and co-branded events — from industry trade shows to intimate field activations.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years experience in partner or channel marketing, with experience in the hospitality/hotel tech sector
  • Proven success building and scaling partner marketing programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience working with diverse partner types — from integrations to industry consultants.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — with strong content and campaign instincts.
  • Hands-on, self-starter attitude — willing to build, test, learn, and evolve fast.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
