We are seeking a Product Marketing Intern based at the F5 office in Seattle, Washington for a 12-week, in-person internship focused on artificial intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will have a keen interest, passion, and curiosity mindset for storytelling, problem-solving, and AI. During this internship, the Product Marketing for AI intern will have an opportunity to explore all elements within the Product Marketing organization at F5 while focusing on supporting F5's AI products (e.g., F5 BIG-IP Next for Kubernetes deployed on NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPUs, F5 AI Guardrails, F5 AI Red Team), use cases, and technology alliance partnerships (e.g., NVIDIA, NetApp, Dell). 

Eligibility: This internship is open to students pursuing their bachelors or masters degree at an accredited college or university in the US, planning to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.Our interns (and their conversion role) are required to be based on one of our US hub locations where you can experience a hybrid working environment.   This role is based in Seattle, WA. Interns are expected to relocate if not currently in the Seattle area.

Primary Opportunities 

  • Assist in developing content strategy for customer personas and target segments. 

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, including analyzing data, and researching industry trends within the enterprise AI industry. 

  • Support the creation of engaging and convincing content to communicate product value to target audiences and personas, including blog posts, customer-facing presentations, sales enablement materials, or social media campaigns.  

  • Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, corporate marketing, product management, and product marketing) to help launch products with compelling messaging and positioning.  

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing activities, including analyzing marketing program results, tracking product sales, and/or preparing performance reports. 

What We Are Looking For 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program from an accredited university in business, marketing, computer science or a related technical field with at least one quarter/semester to complete after the internship. 

  • Passion and demonstrated writing and presenting skills with ability to develop compelling presentations. 

  • Demonstrated technical competency and curiosity for AI and AI-related technology. 

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Seattle, WA for the entirety of the internship.

The hourly U.S. pay range for this position is: $23.82 - $51.70

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
